Jennifer was raised in South Central Los Angeles. She completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge in Communication Disorders and a minor in Family Studies. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Mount Saint Mary’s University. Her goal is to become a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and provide counseling services to people from different cultures and ethnicities.
Before joining Vista Mental Health, she worked in multiple settings ranging from administrative assistant, residential counselor, and an ABA behavior therapist for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. In her free time, she is a freelancer translating different business websites from English to Spanish, making sure Spanish speakers understand their services and products. Jennifer is here to support the clients, therapist and psychiatrist at Vista Mental Health with any administrative needs or questions whether it is in English or Español.
